In a £4.5million transaction, Rushbond have acquired Spectrum Park, Leeds in an off-market purchase from Standard Life Investments. The 4 unit industrial estate extends to 70,000 sq.ft. and tenants include Guy Salmon Land Rover, Brown Brothers and A & E Russell.
