NHS Leeds Partnership

Brief

The Partnerships Foundation Trust (PFT) wanted a website to create an online brand and link web visitors to the relevant division to gain information about mental health issues. Easy navigation of the website was imperative.

Solution

The current website is focussed more on the corporate element of the business rather than providing a service for users with advice, information and help pages. Due to this, Logistik carried out a workshop with the key stakeholders of the PFT to give them an insight into what the site could do for them.

Working with the stakeholders from an early stage allowed us to incorporate the needs, opinions and goals of the trust into the website and develop a very tight brief from the client. We produced all reports, technical specification, site maps and wire frame layouts for the site, which is currently under construction and due to go live in August 2008. The initial response from all key stakeholders within the PFT has been fantastic and has allowed us to develop a strong working relationship with the client.

Result

The successful implementation of the website on 27th October impressed the Partnerships Foundation Trust to the extent that BrandNew has been recommended to construct a website for another NHS division. Providing them with a fully content managed website, which has helped to make the information more manageable as each directorate can now update their own relevant section.
